Select Blitz. Left, Right, Left. And then hit the button you used to select the blitz choice. (Some people change their controllers/keys around. So what ever button serves as Enter) You have time, so don't try to do it to fast. Alot of time if I did it to fast it wouldn't come up. So just select.
