I am creating this page as a knowledge base. Referring to Load order for mods in NMM.
Also fully tested performance improvement mods for FO4

At the moment LOOT apparently is only ordering masterfiles. Any other mods in your load order will not be moved.
Below is a Load order guide written by the creator of Armoursmith extended Gambit77 and edited by wax2k. People have reported good results using his method.
Just recently i have seemed to reach a wall of what my PC can and cant handle. Micro stutter happening occasionally, Using ENB, graphics set to pretty much ultra and running 198 mods.
This is when fine tuning of what mods we use and their load orders becomes important!
So many of us have been modding for a long time and may have knowledge that can help others get FO4 running smooth. Post your load orders!
If you think you have the load order perfect with 40000 mods installed, show us!

(VRAM + RAM) - RAM Required for OS, Fallout 4 and other processes = 6 GB
(8 GB VRAM + 32 GB RAM) - (6GB) = 34 GB or 34000
(4 GB VRAM + 16 GB RAM) - (6GB) = 14 GB or 14000
(2 GB VRAM + 12 GB RAM) - (6GB) = 8 GB or 8000
(1 GB VRAM + 8 GB RAM) - (6 GB) = 3 GB or 3000
i Have an upper mid range rig.
AMD R9 290x 4 GB
AMD FX 8350 over clocked to 4.7 ghz on the motherboard.
8 GB RAM
(4 GB VRAM + 8 GB RAM) = 12 - 6GB = or 6000
So using this math i am setting my enb local VideoMemorySizeMb=6000
Using a larger amount then your combined system can handle will cause the memory to be offloaded onto your HDD which will ruin game performance!

HOW TO COPY YOUR LOAD ORDER!!!!
In NMM, go to the plugins tab. Below the green tick along the left hand side there's a blank page with an arrow.
Click on that and it'll let you export your load order (either to clipboard or to a file).
Active plugins will have '=1' after them, disabled ones will have '=0'.
