Fallout New Vegas Rts Mod
Think about it. You start off with a band of settlers scrounging along the wasteland. You then found a settlement. Whether that settlement is in the surburbs, the city, the metro, or the open plains is up to you. It's small at first, an encampment really, but soon people begin to knock at your door.
A pre-made Real Time Settler village in Primm Pass, Contains just the basic RTS shelters. The Village is fully Navmeshed.
Some want a place to stay, others want your life. You fend off attacks as you build. First, a few walls and barricades. Maybe a watchtower. Then you build an armory, medical center, school, barracks, whatever you need to survive.
You train incoming wastelanders, utilizing their skills or teaching them to become what you need. Soon, your walls are teaming with soldiers and your houses are filled to the brim. It's time to expand.
At this point, you become like the NCR or the Legion and expand outward. You do what you will with your neighbors. You can ally with them, incorporate them, raid them or destroy them. Who you are is up to you. This continues until all of the wasteland flies your flag.
I'd play the fuck out of that game.
I don't know what I'm doing wrong. These are the steps I take to run it:
1.) NVSE_Loader is located in my 'C:Program Files (x86)Steamsteamappscommonfallout new vegas'

2.) My Fallout New Vegas is fully updated via steam.3.) I made sure that 'Enable Steam Community In-Game' in enabled.
4.) I 'Run as Administrator' when I run NVSE_Loader in its directory.
5.) A black console pops up very quickly and disappears in half a second
6.) then the Fallout New Vegas window opens up, and I click play.
7.) Then a window pops up saying I don't have NVSE installed (Official Pipboy Readius) and RTS mod says I don't have it enabled also.
8.) I type 'GetNVSEVersion' into the console to check myself but it doesn't recognize the command.
